The festival

Created in 1988 in Troyes, the Nuits de Champagne celebrate French-language song around guest headline artists. Their signature since 1993: the Grand Choral, where some 800 amateur choir singers rehearse the guest's repertoire for months, then sing it with them at the closing concerts. In 2024, Tiken Jah Fakoly was one of the guest artists: 850 singers took up his songs at the Espace Argence. The 39th edition (October 2026) lines up 47 concerts in 13 venues and expects more than 25,000 festival-goers.

Good to know

Director: Michael Scherer. The festival opens with the Chœur de l'Aube (around 700 middle-school students). Official email published: [email protected].

Your images are worth Festivos

You are at a festival, a concert, a village party, a traditional party, a private party — even two or three, on a boat or on a plane? Send us your images: Festival TV analyses them, and if they are broadcast, they pass on with your name in credit. Program in preparation. All the parties of the world interest us: we want to see how different communities celebrate life and manifest their joy.
