Book a beach on Festival TV : on D-day, you plug your phone, the Festival TV control panel puts you on the air, and your party is on live on festivaltv.tv — for your family in the distance, your friends, and all the partyers of the planet. And festivals reserve the live slot of their event here : a ceremony, a showcase, a highlight of their edition, live on the channel.

Each request is read by the Festival TV team, which confirms your range by email — or offers you another moment. Nothing is on the air without this confirmation. For a festival, the team first checks the application with its official channel (his official website or official page): This is what protects him from usurpations.

D-Day, you're plugging your phone.

With the personal link the management sends you and your Festival TV account free, you join the board from your phone. 30 minutes before, we make together a 2 minutes test : image, sound, light — so that everything is beautiful.

The management's putting you on the air.

The management sees your image first of all, dresses your direct (the logo of the chain, the title of your party, the banner) and throws you on the air. It stays with you throughout the beach — and can cut at any time if something derails. At the end, we close it cleanly, and the chain resumes its program.

Every Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. (Toronto time), the channel opens its participatory box: a party, somewhere in the world, is going live. Other beaches are possible on request, depending on the grid and availability of the board — request it in the form.

Duration of a beach: 30 minutes to 2 hours. The hours of the form are those of Home (Your spindle): the control converts everything, no calculation to do.

Two minutes. The exact place of your party and your contact information are only used to organize your direct: they are never published — on the air, you only have your city and your country announced, if you wish.

I am the organizer of this party (or its major representative) and I accept the direct conditions I declare that I have the rights and consent of the filmed persons — parents or guardians for minors — I will inform my guests that the party is filmed and broadcast live, and I authorize Festival TV to broadcast, record and rebroadcast this direct. I know that the management previews everything and can cut at any time. *

Your phone's enough. Film horizontally, plug your headphones (the sound is much better), stand by the Wi-Fi if you have one, and keep your charger at hand. Notify your guests with a poster at the entrance: "This party is filmed and broadcast live on Festival TV — smile, the world is watching you!" The conditions of the live, in plain language

It's your party, you're the organizer. Festival TV provides the broadcast window and its control; the event, its guests and its unfolding remain your responsibility.
Rights and consent. You declare that you have all the necessary rights to what you show — including the music played at home, which is your responsibility — and to have the consent of the people filmed. You inform your guests before the beginning that the party is filmed and broadcast live.
Minors are serious. Family holidays are a fun day for children: you declare that you have the permission of the parents or guardians of each child filmed. A child without permission must not be directed to the camera. The board can ask you for a written certificate before the beach.
What you're allowing. You allow Festival TV to broadcast your direct on festivaltv.tv and its channels, to record and rebroadcast all or part of it (the beautiful moments, memories, promotion of the channel), without financial consideration. You remain the owner of your images; rebroadcasts can be withdrawn for the future on request.
The board always decides. A range is only acquired after Festival TV has written confirmation. The control previews your stream before the antenna, can refuse to air, and can interrupt the direct at any time, without notice. No duration is guaranteed.
Prohibited contents. All illegal content; hateful or discriminatory speech; nakedness or sexual content; alcohol or tobacco presented to minors; incitement to violence or dangerous behaviour; infringement of the privacy of others; unauthorized commercial advertising; capture of a professional performance or concert without the permission of its successors.
The test is mandatory. 30 minutes before your beach: a 2-minute test with the control (image, sound, light). Without a conclusive test, the control can cancel the beach.
Free, no payment. Reservation and distribution are free. No online payments, either in one direction or the other: you do not sell your beach, Festival TV does not sell it.
Your data is still internal. Your contact information and the precise location are only used to organize the direct; they are never published. [email protected] (Law 25).

Check through the official channel. Any request for a festival is verified by the official channel declared in the form (official website or official page of the festival) before confirmation. An application that cannot be verified by this channel cannot be confirmed: it is the protection of the festival against usurpations.
The festival is responsible for broadcasting rights. The festival guarantees to hold, or obtain before the broadcast, all the rights of the announced content: agreements of artists and their beneficiaries for live recording and broadcasting, musical rights, rights to the image of the filmed persons. Festival TV broadcasts the flow entrusted to it by the festival; it cannot be held responsible for any right missing in this flow.
A designated broadcast manager. The festival designates a person responsible for the flow on D-Day: he is the sole contact of the management, reachable throughout the broadcast.
Mandatory tests. A technical test the day before or 60 minutes before (strongly recommended for a festival event), then the test of 2 minutes 30 minutes before the antenna. Without a conclusive test, the management can cancel or shorten the slot.
The chain must be dressed. During the slot, the direct wears the Festival TV dress (logo, titles, banner). No third party dress replaces it; thanks to the festival partners are made in the content, not in the dressing.
The board always decides. As with the entire channel: mandatory preview, broadcast by the board, possible interruption at any time and without notice, especially in case of prohibited content (see list above) or of rights problem reported during the broadcast.
Recording and re-run. The festival allows Festival TV to record the live and rebroadcast excerpts (recaps, festival promotion and channel promotion), without any financial consideration. The festival can receive a copy of its passage for its own channels, with the dressing of the preserved channel.
Free, no payment. Reservation and distribution are free; no online payment, either in one direction or the other.
