Born in Monrovia, Liberia, a Guinean national, Moïse 1er is a journalist, TV producer and event host. He founded Festival TV in Guinea in 2006. In December 2010, the FESMAN III — the World Festival of Negro Arts in Dakar — acts as a trigger: the festival, which is lived in the heart of the continent, becomes the red thread of his work.
He has been based in Quebec since 2023, where he arrived through festivals — MondoKarnaval, in Quebec City, where he co-hosted — and now leads Festival TV: the first festive television channel exclusively dedicated to festivals and festivals around the world, built and powered 100% by artificial intelligence — artificial intelligence television for festivals and festivals.
At the same time, he leads Kongo Crown Entertainment as Executive Director, a structure dedicated to the production of shows, the promotion of artists and the creation of international cultural events. On stage, Moïse 1er is in its element: charismatic, unpredictable, incisive and deeply connected to its audience, it orchestrates the shows with rare ease, mixing humor, improvisation and stage intelligence.
In Festival Explorer, Moïse 1er is at the heart of the festivals: it enters into festival, camera and microphone in hand, and comes out with the faces, voices and atmosphere that no one else is filming. Each episode opens up on its formula, which has become the channel's signature:
