International Festival Nuits d'Afrique
African and World Music · Montreal, Quebec, Canada

The festival
Montreal dances at the rhythms of Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America — summer found its heart beating. Founded in 1987 by Lamine Touré, presented as the largest festival of its kind in North America: the bridgehead of African and Afro-descendant music in Montreal. A terrain that Festival TV covers directly.
