The desert already has its spring 2027 booked. While the palm trees of the Empire Polo Club are barely recovering from the 2026 edition, Goldenvoice has already locked in the next rendezvous: Coachella will return to Indio, California, from April 9 to 11, then April 16 to 18, 2027. Two weekends, three days each, and a lineup that remains, for now, the best-kept secret on the festival planet.
For that is the house signature: at Coachella, you first buy a legend, you discover the names afterwards. The advance sale opened as early as May 1, 2026 — before a single artist was announced — with a $49 deposit and payments spread until January 2027. The result: the 4-person GA pack is already sold out on the official site, several camping options have moved to waitlists for both weekends, and the official waitlists are running at full capacity. Hotel and pass packages remain available for those who want to sleep dry, far from the golden dust of the campgrounds — from $40 a night for the most adventurous.
And the lineup, then? Radio silence, and it is official: as of October 17, 2026, Goldenvoice has revealed no name for 2027. The trade press recalls that the reveal can land anywhere between September and January — in other words, rumour season is open, but Festival TV will never mistake a rumour for information. What we do know is the level of the edition just ended: Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G as headliners, more than 160 artists on the desert's stages, and that human tide of 125,000 festival-goers per day — the site's maximum capacity, set by the city of Indio — dancing among the monumental art installations that make Coachella an open-air museum as much as a festival.
