Couleur Café 2027: Brussels gets its colours back from June 25 to 27
The Brussels festival has wrapped up its 35th edition at the end of June in Osseghem Park and is already setting the date for the 36th: Friday, June 25 to Sunday, June 27, 2027, at the foot of the Atomium. Early bird registration is open.
A date set a year ahead
Hardly had the lights gone down on the 2026 edition than Couleur Café announced its 2027 dates: the festival will take over Osseghem Park, in Laeken, from June 25 to 27, 2027. An Early bird form is already open on the official website to be notified when ticket sales open.
35 years of world music at the foot of the Atomium
Created in 1990 by the non-profit Zig Zag, Couleur Café has become one of Europe's great urban festivals: world music, hip-hop, soul, reggae and dancehall, in a park at the foot of the Atomium. In 2025, Omah Lay played its Red Stage — the official capture of his “Soso” can be watched on Festival TV.
A 2026 edition marked by a storm
The 35th edition, from June 26 to 28, 2026, will be remembered for Saturday night's evacuation of the site during a violent storm, before the gates reopened the next day. The festival, which draws some 75,000 festival-goers, praised its audience's calm.
The 36th edition of Couleur Café will take place from Friday, June 25 to Sunday, June 27, 2027 at Osseghem Park (Laeken, Brussels). Early bird registration is open on the official website.
