A name that matters in Europe
Born in the Serbian student movement of the year 2000, EXIT made Petrovaradin's fortress in Novi Sad, one of the most spectacular scenes in Europe, between Dance Arena and dozens of scenes. After its 2025 edition, presented as the last in Serbia in a context of pressure and financing cuts, the festival left Novi Sad and reinvented itself on a world tour.
EXIT won the Promoter of the Year Award at the European Festival Awards 2025 and was named Best Major Festival. The European Festival Awards, created by Yourope and ESNS, distinguish European festivals in Groningen every year in about fifteen categories — the best big, medium and small festivals, the best programming, ecology, safety and commitment.
