Festival: the music market of Africa and the Middle East

In the morning, we sign tours around a café; in the evening, we discover on stage the voices of tomorrow. Created in 2014, at the initiative of the cultural engineering structure ANYA Culture and Association Atlas Azawan, Visa For Music is the First Festival and Music Market in Africa and the Middle EastEvery year in November, for four days, Rabat becomes the professional capital of these musics: Showcases on stage, professional forum, conferences and meetings between artists, programmers, producers and tour operators from all over the world — more than 1,500 professionals from over 50 countries.

Programming 2026, unveiled on October 15, 2026, holds more than 35 artistic projects, selected from more than 900 applications from more than 90 countriesMorocco: Meryem Aboulouafa, Jbiina, Onzy Jazzbar, R2D, Sufiane AZ and YVZID, and Gnawatronic — the meeting of Omary and Maâlma Hind Ennaira, where the gnaoua trance flirts with the electro. International side: Enzo Avitabile & I Bottari (Italy), Erol Joshua (Haiti), Bruna Alimonda (Brazil), Mariaa Siga (Senegal), Yugen Blakrok (South Africa), Kazdura, Moonshine, Olivia Khoury and Tarug.

It's a market, but it's a party first: four days when music from Africa, the Middle East and their diasporas meet, show up and sign. Exactly the ground of a Festival Explorer.
