29th edition — from 24 July to 9 August 2026
The festival's official website held its 29th edition for 17 days, from Friday 24 July to Sunday 9 August 2026, on Daecheon beach and at Mud Expo Plaza. The program is based on the program published for this edition: Opening Ceremony and Super K-POP Concert on July 25, Black Eagles Air Show and drone show on the same weekend, K-Hip-Hop Festival on July 31 and August 1, Mud Song Festival on August 2, Security Control Day on August 5, Mud Rock Festa on August 7, Big Mud Show on August 8, then Closing Ceremony and K-Trot Festival on August 9. The new year: a Mud Cask Zone at Mud Plaza, to live the mud gently, facing the sea and music. The dates of the next edition will be announced on the official website.
28th edition — the 2025 balance sheet
The 28th edition, from July 25 to August 10, 2025, had already put the package on the night: "Mud on the Beach" (DJ sets and water pistol battles), drone shows, hip-hop and "8090 Night Show" for the nostalgic of the 1980s-1990s, in addition to the day experience areas — general, family and water park for children — and the great concerts (World DJ Festival, K-pop Super Live by KBS, M Countdown by Mnet, Super Concert by TV Chosun). Placed under the theme "Exciting mud experiences with the world", she confirmed the festival's status: the Korean favourite summer meeting for international visitors.
