GALA unveils its first 2027 names: Four Tet tops the bill at Peckham Rye Park
The independent South London festival has lifted the veil on the first wave of its 11th edition, from Friday, May 28 to Sunday, May 30, 2027 at Peckham Rye Park: Four Tet will play there for the first time, alongside DJ Harvey, HAAi, Shy FX and Chez Damier.
Four Tet, a Peckham first
It is the booking the faithful were waiting for: Four Tet, a towering figure of British electronic music, will make his GALA debut headlining the Friday. Joining him in this first wave of 23 names are pioneers and passers of the flame: Chicago house legend Chez Damier, DJ Harvey, the duo Antal & HUNEE, Soichi Terada, Tama Sumo & Lakuti, Prosumer and Gene On Earth.
Three days, three colours
Friday leans into low-end frequencies, with Shy FX, Skin On Skin, Oppidan, Introspekt and Benji B & Judah; Saturday turns up the club energy with HAAi, Egyptian Lover, Angel D'lite, Peach, Freakenstein and Ogazón & Ryan Elliott; Sunday belongs to house and disco, through to the DJ Harvey & Friends takeover of the Pleasure Dome. Stage takeovers come from Resident Advisor, Rinse FM, Deviation, HVYWGHT, ADONIS and Rush Hour.
"The House We Keep"
For 2027, GALA has given itself a theme: "The House We Keep", a return to the roots of house music, imagined as a shared home for dance music in all its forms. Founded in 2016, the festival remains strictly 18+; presale registration is open, with tickets on sale on October 30, 2026.
