The Nashville Comedy Festival has lifted the veil on its 13th edition. America's flagship stand-up gathering returns to Nashville, Tennessee, from Wednesday April 7 to Sunday April 18, 2027, with a lineup unveiled on October 20 and 21, 2026. Produced by Outback Presents and Zanies Comedy Club, the festival widens its playground once again: seven venues this year, from the intimate club to the arena — Bridgestone Arena, The Opry House, The Pinnacle, Ryman Auditorium, Marathon Music Works, Zanies Comedy Club and The Lab at Zanies. More shows will be announced in the coming weeks.

The big stages carry the bill. Tom Segura takes over the Opry House on Thursday April 8, the same night Alex Edelman shares the Ryman Auditorium stage with singer Ben Folds, for an evening mixing comedy and music. Ron White plays the Ryman on Friday April 9, while Whitney Cummings headlines Marathon Music Works. Jeff Dunham and his puppets take The Pinnacle on Saturday April 10; Matteo Lane and Bob the Drag Queen follow at the Ryman on Sunday April 11. The second week lines up Giggly Squad at the Opry House (April 15), Gianmarco Soresi, Amber Autry and Michael Blaustein at the Ryman, and Jeff Allen closing on Sunday April 18. On Saturday April 17, Bridgestone Arena hosts the festival's biggest night: Ali Siddiq, Mojo Brookzz and Josh Johnson, with special guests Ms. Pat and Marcus D. Wiley.

And then there is Zanies, Nashville's historic club and the festival's home base: Joe List from April 8, Nateland Live and New Material Monday at The Lab and the club, Hugh Howser, Ben Palmer, Bloodline Banter, Alfred Robles and the Zanies Showcases where tomorrow's names are spotted. That is where, in packed little rooms between two arena nights, the festival keeps its talent-scout soul.

Created in 2014, the Nashville Comedy Festival has established itself as the premier event of its kind in the United States, according to its organizers: hundreds of comedians across the city's most iconic venues. Its 2025 edition drew more than 60,000 comedy lovers across the whole run, with over sixty shows and a hundred performances. The world capital of country music keeps proving, year after year, that it has also become a capital of laughter.

Tickets are already moving: the presale opened on Wednesday October 21, 2026 with the code NCF2027, and the general on-sale starts this Friday October 23 at 10 a.m. local time, on the festival's official website. The festival's full page, with its day-by-day lineup, is on Festival TV.
