Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO)
Art museum
Toronto — One of North America's largest art museums: more than 95,000 works, from the Group of Seven to European masters, with a major place for Indigenous and contemporary art. Its building, reimagined in 2008 by Toronto-born Frank Gehry, blends old brick with a sculptural staircase and a glass façade on Dundas Street. On Wednesday evenings, admission to the permanent collection is free.
