Citizen Park of Camayenne

Conakry, Camayenne district — Inaugurated on 30 September 2026, a 13 hectare public park by sea: 17 sports grounds, including a FIFA-standard football field, and cultural and recreational spaces, between Camayenne beach and Gbassikolo lake.

Future photo

The park was built as part of the Simandou 2040 program. It joins Camayenne beach and Gbassikolo lake among the capital's emblematic places — and during the Conakry festivals, it is the city's new open-air playground.
